The front desk team, especially a delightful staff member known as "Honeybun! ", made our stay memorable with their warmth and professionalism. The nearby eateries and shopping options were also a big plus!

The pool was not optimal as it felt too cold, and there were issues with breakfast options being lacking in variety. The cleanliness of some public areas could use attention, leaving it a bit underwhelming.

the hotel is perfectly situated with a grocery store and several restaurants just a few steps away, making my weekend so much easier without needing a car. It was just a short drive to old town bluffton and other attractions requiring minimal travel effort.

AC controls were locked, so no cozy adjustments, and breakfast was a rush with two blaring TVs making the coffee area loud. Still, it was a tasty start to the day despite the chaos!
